How do you change the tumbnail picture that appears in your profile or rather next to your name. e.g. when you post a thread, then the picture next to your username. I've tried clicking the "browse" button at my settings and uploading the picture but when the page is refreshed, nothing happens. The previous picture is still there.
Also how do i change my name-that-appears (in this case i_learn_abc)? or is it like unchangeable? i hope you understand my question. Its just a minor problem. But i'm close to desperate!

name is unchangable,
and icon, uh,
sometimes it just does not want to beuploaded,
see if it is below 100kb, and if it fits the requirement.
