I want to put some materials in Chinese in my blogger.However the skins here doesn't seem to fit Chinese well.All Chinese are changed into messy codes=_=
Does anybody know how to deal with it?I know there must be just a few codes needing to be changed.PLEASE help me!

huh?
I tot most of the skins here work well with chinese.
I've used some of the skins here & typed chinese on them and they are okay what.

It's the problem with encoding, or perhaps the fact your computer hasn't installed Asian fonts.
First if you can read Chinese words at other webpages the second possibility is eliminated.
Change the encoding to Unicode in the View menu of the Internet Browser, under Encoding.
In all my skins I put [meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"] in the head section. I think it declares the page in the Unicode encoding, yeah... (please replace square brackets with triangular ones)
If Unicode doesn't work, try the Chinese encodings.
