Okay, something is terribly wrong with the counter that counts the number of downloads you have. If you look at the top 3 downloaded skins, they are all designed by lonelyger. This is not a bash on lonelyger b/c he/she has great skins, but if you look at the actual info page for the skin, you will find that the actual download count is much much less. For example, last time I checked, lonelyger:nemesis only had 67 downloads, but on the top 15 thingy it says that that skin has been downloaded 393 times. Something is wrong, there must be a bug. Myles fix it now!!!!

no, I don't think that's what she meant... look at the numbers. The reset number is the one in the ranking area. Therefore, the number in the ranking area should be smaller than the one on the skin info page. The opposite is true. Here, the reset counter is actually larger than the number on the skin-info page.
Therefore, the bigger number in this case is the reset number.... that's a problem that needs to be fixed!

Also, I'd like to add that this is only the case with lonelyger's skins and nobody elses. I don't wish to point fingers, but that's kinda suspicious.
