Well, I was thinking that we remove the top 15 rated, because there are alot of flamers giving 0.5 stars out of no reason, and dropping the top 15 rated like .. *plop* .. I mean, it's unfair. Why should the flamers be the one to rate ours low? It's just unfair. If you fight back, they red flag you. If you practically do anything to them, you'll get x2 of what you did. It's unfair.

ya, i think there's some problem wif the current system. i think one good way to solve dis problem is to not let the users with low rating to rate the others.
hope the situation will get better. but i think there are still many nice ppl around.. juz that those black sheeps are spoiling the market. lolz.

I'd like to volunteer to remove 'spam' post. LOL!
I rather encourage 'intellectual spam' =.=

Why not, the top 15 list be updated weekly? This way, it will be obvious that who has the potential to be on the list as the ratings can be counted weekly and also, blogskins will be able to remove spam ratings. x)

maybe mods can go around removing spam comments when users report it. i think that the top 15 should be shuffled regularly, so the list doesnt only compose of the actual top 15 but also other skins with good ratings.
