can I have the code for adding comments in blogger.com?

Yes sure!
Okay so I had difficulties with this as well.
So basically look for this code;
you can look for this by clicking CTRL and F at the same time. No mind you not all of them are the same.
Then copy and paste this code right under it.

After that go to your blog settings, click comments and choose pop up or full page. It should work then! (:
