There are a couple of accounts that are made to bring down ratings or to give random people red flags for no apparent reason.
is/can there be a function to report these a**holes?

You can give them red flags... They won't be able to comment on skins once their user rating is something like -3.

well maybe set up a system whereby only one computer is allowed to have one account. i've seen some forums do this. they track down their IP and limits the user to only one account by their IP address. Blogskins can do this as well.

yeahs..agreed. maybe even make a rule that if they get 20 red flags and above, their account get terminated and IP banned, becuase its quite obvious that he/she is doning theings we dont like and that the blogskin community doesnt like him/her
