Lately I've been seeing a lot of skins with comments like "Where's the picture?" or "There's no picture", and it seems like people have been basing their ratings partly on the fact that the designer's image isn't showing up.
I think that is unfair to the designer. People, if you are going to base your comment/rating on whether the image is available at the moment, then perhaps it'd be best to simply refrain from commenting and rating until that designer's imagehosting server is being more cooperative.
It's not the designer's fault if photobucket or whatever other image host they're using is being a bitch at that particular moment.

i would definately agree. that IS not fair to the designer. photobucet or whatever like she siad ISN'T perfect they have times when their server is down or whatever and it screws up other ppls blog. it doesn't hurt to sya that "your image is down" or w/e but do nto rate it based on that. thanks!
