and i have the following comments:

apparently, 1 of these users cannot be found and as for the others, they have not even me any indication of why i ought to get the 'red flag'. this is quite distressing!
is it possible tt we opt out of the rating system? and maybe this flagging system cld be tied to our overall stars tt we gain from the blogskins we create? i concede that the blogskins are sometimes rated low by some inconsiderate users who do not give constructive comments but i feel that the user rating would be better reflected when the blogskins we create are used. at the very least, it would prevent users (such as those in brackets above) from going around and flagging down for no reason.
