Dear Myles,
If you are reading this thread reply, I seriously wish that you could pick the Skins of the Day skins personally, or place all the skins submitted on that particular day on a page, whereby we can vote for the best skin to be the Skin of the Day.
If it's really like this, I believe most of the Skins of the Day would be those in the quality. Of course, only allow one I.P. address to vote once in case they vote for multiple times or create clones to vote. (Please only allow verified accounts to vote)

I agree that we should VOTE for our SOTDs. However, it's just ONE DAY to vote. A bit short, no? And besides, good skins may be submitted late and may not get top priority.

i like the idea of the "List of skins made today". It would let the designers get recognized and get credits for doing a good job. Because sometimes designers might have done a very good job but others can't see that because the "Recently Added Skin" changes really quickly. It's like one moment yours was the most recent skin added and the next moment, your skin's the 10th recently added skin. Not long until your skin will disappear and nobody knows it existed.

Personally, I feel that by rating all those 5 stars, favouriting those deserved skins, downlaoding those whom we feel that pretty cool skins, its somehow called SOTDs chosen by us. SOTDs are chosen perhpas by stars, favourite or download numbers I dunno, but maybe ratings are the cause of all these SOTD things. I've written how I felt in deleted user's thread. So if there any problem with the SOTDs there shouldn't be any problem with the SOTD. Sorry if offended anyone? Just wrote down my thoughts..

I've got a suggestion for the voting system. Instead of skins only being open for SOTD on that day, users could vote long-term, that is, there could be an option that lets users say if they want to see this skin being SOTD sometime in the future. So the problem of 1 day being too short a time would be overcome.

i think the voting system is redundant seriously. Whats for voting when you know people will rate and vote for the same skin? If they like the skin they will vote for it. Don't it sounds like, if you are more popular you tend to have a wow who knows big chance of winning? Whats the use of complaining about twistish skin and crappy sotd when you dont even wanna rate it down and then you get fed up by its quality and then you rant?
