The logged in users download.. Does it consider 1 donwload as 1 download? or 1 user download as download.. Which means.. If a user downloads a skin many time, even though it is not their skin.. WIll it count as a download or the amount of times the sin is downloaded by the user.. Not considering that the user downloads his own skin.

If you download a skin twice, that skin gets 2 downloads, both in the total and logged in users counts.

So, meaning.. If i set up another acount and download my own skins over and over again... It is possible to push up the download counter? Oh... That Stinks.. ok... thx...
What if someone uses a multiple account to download his or her own skin? What safeguards do you have against that?

I dont think there will be safeguard that... :[
but i think a person who download their own skins are... weird. aliens.
