I need help..I'm a new user and i'm thinking of designing some skins.How do I design a blogskin?Where do I download the software and is it safe to be downloaded?Looking forward to your reply.

hiie...i am quite new to blogskins too...i have submitted 6 skins...you can see how i imporve in my HTML and images...but it is not really berri nice at least i hab tried...at frist, i when to donwload other ppl's skin... i download at least 3..i pick things out from each HTML..and then i place thenm into a new plain word pad after that i press CtrlA that is select all the paste..then u go preview ur skin...oh yar u go photobucket to create a acc upload ur photo there and then get the code...in the HTML sure to have

Hmm it's best you go http://www.w3schools.com that's where I learnt my basics. Adding oil fer ya.

there is this 30day free-trial adobe photoshop elements 5.0 thing to download.
yeah i guess its safe.
just search yahoo Adobe Photoshop Free Trial
and click on the link you think is best?
