how to design a template and do i nd to instill any thing? i nd the answer urgently... thx...

you just need a picture editing software. microsoft paint is the most basic, but the jpegs it saves are like ughhh..
and then you'll need a text editing software. microsoft notepad will do fine.
in other words, if you have a fine windows operating system it's not really necessary for you to download new softwares, but if you want you can go install adobe photoshop on your computer. it's better than paint.
all you need though, is an image (preferably your own), and codes to work with.
there you go.
