this forum should belongs to either "help " forum or "suggestion" forum ,
here's what you can do. in order to get know of the basic's html techniques.
go to this two forum pages and read up. this will aid you some how.

hope this two forums helps u. you need to grab hold of basic html coding techniques in order to do your own blogskin. or you can used other's blogskinners' blogskin coding, but you must ask the owner of the blogskin/ coding and credit them . =)
