I'm offering subdomain hosting because I have a lot of space and bandwidth. How nice of me. At the moment, I won't put a limit on how many hostees I'll have, so try your luck, you'll most probably get in anyway.
You can apply if…
x you will come by to drop a comment or two from time to time.
x you want to get a blog, fansite, portfolio, or web portal hosted.
x you have connections with Mr HA.
x your site doesn't only work in Internet Suxplorer.
x you are not a newbie. You must have some form of web design experience, or have been a hostee before.
What you get
x ~20 MB of space for blogs; ask me if you'll be hosting other types of sites.
x sufficient bandwidth.
x 1 MySQL database (ask if you need more), 1 FTP account.
x you.joou.org and joou.org/you!
x holiday banners whenever I make them. 
x as much help as I can give.
