Windows {ad-free } [eclipse]

Windows remake...I was really bored, and I hate this because I dislike windows as well.

Clock works, URL *should* work, title works...blog works?
And when I say the clock works, it means the clock is DYNAMIC AND UPDATES WITH THE TIME.

Also, it is NOT full sized because there are still many users using 800x600 resolutions
Scrollbars and links were left default to convey the *windows* theme.

**When I become less lazy I will make it fully functional; start menu will work and some menus will work**
