[FS #2] Paperworks

My 2nd skin. Was very happy about the incident earlier. At least the war stopped, or it could go on forever. But it seems like kukuthebird gets on my nerves. Am i over-sensitive or what. But i wouldn't want to start out another war again. Ignorance is what i shoud be, i guess.

This skin is made by me, but of course, inspired by littleGREENMAN. Got his permission too anyway. He's good in retro and these types of skin. Ain't my style too anyway. What's my style, wouldn't know.

Maybe too, gonna resubmit in the night. For now, just the US and AUS raters, maybe?
