a broken letter //

I know its good to put at least 2 days bewteen skins so u can work on them... but this one just looks cool, I think... its got alot of swirly frilly thingys at the top with a little note, and an open letter on the side. light pink/purple scheme. if there is anything improvable, just leave a comment or email me here. **NOTE** I design all my skins with a 1024x768 resolution. So I can't do anything about that ugly "horizontal scrollbar" so dont complain about it. I am telling you NOW so u can switch to the correct setting to view my skins. If you aren't willing to do that, please don't leave comments that are affected by your resolution. thank you -chaddyd
