I promised to submit another skin today.
Soooo, here goes;

Completely inspired by Chairman mao's "let a thousand flowers bloom."
(unless you are mao the communist, i was not inspired by you.boohoo.)

no brushes used in the design whatsoever.
Only default photoshop tools used.

No brushes used.
