I THINK THIS SKIN IS PLAIN ):
ah wells, BUT HONESTLY, I TOOK ONE WHOLE DAY TO DO EVERYTHING.yeah i know im slow):
i drew that cloud and rainbow myself.
hrmn, the cloud was a font previously.yea but i really really changed it la(: i cut and all that(:

rainbows are prettaye!

THE PIC:its this cloud, rainbow, and water splashes(vector art) so i kinda combined RAIN & RAINBOW tgt! :D
