This skin is really... starburst-y. I made it in a starburst-y mood. Now does that sound kinda weird to you? Anyway, it features random models with quirky expressions/clothes, etc. My definition of starburst would be a burst of energy. Full of enthusiasm and making you feel like you're special. Like you're a star. (:
