I also strongly suggest that before you submit a skin, test it on your own free Blogger/Blogspot account to make sure it works properly, since Blogger is the app that you are submitting your skins for. I believe that when people come here specifically looking for a new Blogger template, that is what they should get when they click on the 'Blogger Main' download button -- a properly functioning Blogger skin.

If you have any more questions, you should also think about posting them in the Blogskins.com forum. There are many experienced designers that visit here that I'm sure would be glad to help, or perhaps you can even already find answers to your questions in older threads.
