hahah im currently using this skin too.. in my blog.. yea and i thought its quite cool. so i decide to share it here.
as for the pic.. use photobucket for hosting and use the img thingy.. hahars.
and the picture is from deviantart..
the brushes.. erm sry i forgot.. like ONCE AGAIN!haha
so sry ill try to find the brushes then credit them..
and if u know where u can find these brushes just tell me.. thanks ((:
