I looked at the code for this skin, and here are just a few of the problems I found: 1) You're opening and closing the Blogger tag multiple times. It only needs to be opened and closed once. 2) The BlogDateHeader tag appears twice, and it's done wrong. 3) The BlogItemTitle tag appears multiple times! I lost count after I saw four. Seriously, you should test your skins on a free blogspot account to make sure they WORK before you submit them.
