The image should also match the city background. The background colour is too faded as compared to the model image. You should choose a picture and fade it a little instead. The CSS codes for this skin does not match your image, try to use more colours, and as for your background you can use a shade of grey close to your image so as to blend your image in better. Good job though, I like the image very much. It really fits the title.
