Only problem is that your blending seems a little bit uneven, I suggest that you change the colour tone of your image to, say, orange. This will make your blending smoother and will blend in more to the background. Also I think you should get rid of the Photomix thingy; unappealing. Some of your text are in orange, which is coincidentally the same colour as your background. You need to change it to a more neutral colour. I suggest that you should use headers to divide your side column and the blog posts properly.
