glazeo - { Hanging Stars }

I resubmitted this skin I did in the afternoon, to remove the bar on top. I changed the title of this skin too.
Argh. This is the second skin, I forgot to remove the bar. So ya, I removed it now, and it will look better when someone uses it in blogger.
