This is designed to work with the latest version of Blogger, so even though it looks funny in the preview, the screenshot is how it will actually look on blogs that use Blogger.com

SandStar, could you be more specific on the horizontal scrollbar issue? I'm using the latest versions of IE and Mozilla, with a 1024x786 resolution, and I am unable to replicate the issue. Thanks.

That freaking skin doesn't go under is goes above the blogger bar stupid thing at the top so it sucks.
