I RESUBMITTED THIS COS I WANTED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES TO THE TITLE AND WRITE THIS HERE:
I'm so sorry about the previous skin i submitted, have deleted it because i noe about the copyright issue.
it was SOTD and i really was upset about this issue.
So SORRY everybody, ♥Scandal deserved the SOTD more than i did, so i've learnt from my mistake and this is my new 10th skin :)

and YEAH! it's DANCE.
i've decided to make an elegant one.
This dancer's pink fabric dress is so beautiful!
it feels like a liquified mixture, therefore I used liquified brushes and twirls to create the effect
and i called it RHAPSODIES.
it's a nice music term which sounds again, elegant.

pls rate nicely!(i hope to get on top 15 rated)
do not just put a word "nice (4.5 stars)" and that's it.
but i accept it if it comes with constructive feedback!
pls also do not rate it down just because it doesn't suit your taste or you hate pink or other stuff that irritates.
