3rd skin already(: blue, white bg. personally i feel this is the nicest skin i've made so far(: rate and comment on how i can improve,thanks!

	blue rose; ahbish said: (1.9 years ago) erm not bad.. at least i see your effort. honestly, u have alot more to improve. 1. have a coloured scrollbar instead of default scrollbar, it makes your page so boring. 2. use different kinds of fonts and colours. 3. to add detail to the picture, add like brushes or pattern to the background if not it will look plain like in your skin. If you need any help, can always email me or go to here or here for html/css help. they have javascripts too. so.. i will be rating your effort good luck for your next skin!
