Yo yo yo ^^

This skin is about Megaman and it's for my friend and fellow debater Woon Wei! =D He's over the moon about it and told me that this is the 2nd Megaman skin ever made / posted on BS. o_O LOL?! Don't get me wrong, I have no interest in the game. Hahas. Please rate / comment on the graphic and codings (overall how nice / neat the skin is xD) and not whether you like the game. Thank you!
