i'm here to submit my 4th skin. well, what have i got to say for this skin?

it is just one random skin which just happen to flow out of my mind! in my opinion (seriously!), i think my skin is super/hyper ugly. it just don't feel right though.

so i thought, i'll just submit this and see what have you viewers got to say. please comment and IMPROVE me (:
