tadaa! after a 5days break. i weally wanted to wait for blogskins to be OKAY again (coz there is this current problem of codes) before i submit. but i cant stand it!!!!! xD note:
[1]no down rating coz it isnt aligned. check this for a live preview of the skin.

The background and pic would be nice, if it wasnt so pixelated. The font you used for "city of love" is super though. And the splotches of colourfulness are super awesome, but it looks out of place.
