thus, the name, RAINBOW COLOURS!

and er, you might think that the welcome msg overlaps the heading of posts or anything, but it works perfectly fine in Blogger, as u can see here.

and er, upon suggestions, i changed the scrollbar colours and credited all the indivdual artists from devianart.
