ICE ANGEL CREATION ` A Different Queen

have been super-busy recently and finally found time to create a new skin for submission. I think the colours sucks but oh well, Nevermind.


1] i looked back on my earlier skins and find them shit.
2] i kind of liked this one although it's similar to my previous style, but i guess my love for this skin will fade as well.
3] BaseCodes are isaac's, Permitted and Credited.
4] XiaoPing says there's still brush spamming =X
5] rate and comment anything you want to help me improve in my next skin~!
6] Fave and download if you like it.
