The image colour is brown, your background is black. It totally doesn't match. And the columns that part is light blue and pink if im not mistaken.It is totally off. You should try changing the colours. Its not too bad, but because of the blending, thats why it isn't that nice. Blending is very important, I agree with what stitcheddoll said. Its a good try and effort for a first timer. But, maybe you would wanna change the colours. Try playing with different colours and see which ones blend in better with the black background.
