My first naviagtional skin. Codes are a little messy, so bear with me, I will improve.

Hmmm...Colors are mainly black and white, hope it ain't too "dull" cause I don't find it dull. So yea...Thats about it.

It is fine in blogger, and you won't need to scroll, its cause of the "preview bar" when you preview that makes the skin "scroll-able".

Problem fixed, if anything else, leave a comment, I will check back.
