Hmm. Personally I find this skin kinda sucky. Very little effort.
ALL MY SKINS ONLY WORK IN INTERNET EXPLORER.

Plus, I think a light coloured background would suit this skin better. And make the border around the image more prominent. =) other than that, the skin is pretty simple & cute. =]
