I know it's COMMON, but im still learning how to do NAVI SKIN ^^!
Note:
There's PREVIEW ERROR!
But it works PERFECTLY fine in blogger!
It's tested only on IE, so im not really sure will it work on FF or not XD!
Whole Image is done using ULEAD PHOTO EXPRESS!
Those brushes likes are not brushes, but in fact it's just FONTS [:
