After submitting two skins with color themes, I guess I was kinda inspired to submit another one. But htis time, in the shades of BLUE! ^__^ I don't actually know why I used the anime girl image. It doesn't actually fit, 'cause blue usually means SAD but the girl is not lonely? Anyway, I just think that the image is cute, that's all. ^__^
