2.Urban Frustration *fixed*

It's been a frustrating two days as i seek to find out the alignment problem between FF and IE. But finally i got it fixed.. Rate and comment guys.. Enjoy the Skin!!

the pic is nice but u should add some colours to the back ground of thhe skin or the middle will be too plain..
