Let it snow! =D

This is my first photoshopped skin and NON-navi skin since I've just gotten photoshop CS...

Basically, its all about snowing! =p winter time...I actually wanted to include some falling snowflakes, but I couldn't find the codes for it...

Anyway, I do hope that you guys like the skin...I don't mind any ratings, cos whatever ratings you give, I'll glady appreciate them! =D
