this is a submission for ♥mircale. 's random skin competition.
this skin is technically a penguin skin. :D i have tried it on FF and it works fine. IE would probably be fine too.

summary:
this is an animated[sorta] skin on a penguin.

this skin is basically a cute[sorta] little penguin trying to control its temper. eventually, it couldnt control itself and blew up. :) hahahas. lame right? well i didnt have much inspiration though :)
