HELLO WORLD[:

aye it's me taking a break again. From my hiatus, yes. & yay yay this is my first skin submitted with windows vista! Haha sorry, couldn't resist the temptation to show off a little(: excuse me.

Okay uh, here's a random skin based on random inspiration. & I realize that I make a lot of skins with rainbow theme. Haha well here's another one, so please bear with me, yeah! (: and this skin is QUITE plain, in my opinion. Wasn't really in the mood to do some really complicated & fancy stuff. Haha.

Oh, and just to clarify, the head's cut off I know, it's meant to be like that! I just admire her fashion sense:D
