this is a submission for !rock 's SCOMPETITION.
this skin was editted in photoshop. :D i have tried it on FF and it works fine. IE would probably be fine too.

summary:
the pic was taken from deviant art and creditted fully. i added some more brushes and things. basic codes were taken from Miracle's skin : fly away also creditted fully. HOP YOU LIKE IT! :D
