It's one of my favourite bands, and this skin features a line from their recent song, 'Teenagers'.
It may look brush-spammed; I don't know.
To me, this skin looks weird, somewhat. /:

Nice skin.. kinda plain =P cause the whole image and the boxes are small. the headings and the headings background font colors are too dark maybe =D.
