No offense, but I think you should be able to take in constructive critism and improve. I'm not saying in a rude tone, so please don't be offended.

Your blogskin is really nice, the images you used are great, the coding is really good too. I do think that part of the image is pixellated and you need to move the whole image so that it'll alight with the posts and sidebar. Good job overall though.
