Ack the picture repeats across the back! Maybe you should consider fixing that. The orange is a little garish (but that was something I didn't like with the first one either) and the pictures are really pixelated for the main background pic too. Maybe you should have considered downsizing the pic a bit so you could fill in the sections that you wanted to (like the directed by section)and then it wouldn't scroll The other sections you had for links and such aren't there anymore, you may have wanted to add that to the picture for the background so you had the space.
