erm, if you're so sure that it works perfectly fine in blogger, why not make a skin test?
if in preview isnt the exact result, then i wont say anything, but if preview is real result, these are my comments :
1) look at the last example post, the transclucent square is not there, where has it gone?
2) i think the image is too big for the whole page if you like somehow, wants the posts or navigations to not overlap with the image and it's quite clever of you to make it transclucent, but the image can't be seen that properly in that case...
3) jia you, i can see you effort in there, hope you dont mind me saying all those which sounds like scolding you[to me, not sure]
