Circles Going Round and Round [V2]

A simple skin, with circles behind, not sure if you'll like it...

Made some changes with the text now, should be better and if it's still too bad, please leave a message and I'll do my best to edit it. I appreciate comments.

The middle box is a bit too tall though and a few pixels should be added to the top so the "tagboard" and other words aren't cut in half by the white part. But those can be fixed quickly since you just submitted it. Still, I see an improvement keep it up!
