02} Light in Darkness

Well. My second skin. (: I kinda got this inspiration from all the lights at night, so pretty really.

Erm, actually, yea the 'lights' are actually HDB flats
:/ but i thought they looked pretty and i really wanted to do a skin on it, so here it is! Okay, i also know that the quality of the picture is HORRIBLE. I think so too actually D: but, yea, it was taken with a handphone camera, whoops!
:D

Seriously, i feel this is not as nice as my last skin, but im still trying to improve! So, advise me on how i can continue to improve on my blogskins!
